About the Role & What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for a passionate and driven Sushi Chef to join our team in a busy kitchen environment, delivering exceptional food quality and maintaining the highest standards.
You will be:

Enthusiastic and energetic, with the ability to use your initiative

In This Role, You Will
-
Prepare fresh ingredients by hand each shift, including raw fish and meat
-
Ensure accurate labelling in line with food safety and allergen regulations

Multitask in a fast-paced kitchen environment

Maintain a clean, organised workspace and storage areas
-
Uphold high standards of cleanliness and safety at all times
-
Work early shifts when required (from 6:30am)

Continuously develop your skills and support your team’s growth
Qualifications

Strong knowledge of Food Safety and Health & Safety regulations

The ability to follow brand standards and company policies

Pride in your work, always striving to improve and develop
