Shift Pattern: Rotating continental day shift pattern consisting of 12-hour day shifts across weekdays and weekends as part of a structured rota.

Salary: £37859.42

What are we looking for?

We are looking to recruit energetic and passionate people to support the production team by receiving product into the factory; experience is not necessary as all training will be provided! Along with the below....

Lead and supervise the shift team, setting clear expectations and driving performance and accountability
Manage labour, attendance, and absence to ensure effective staffing and cost control
Maintain site standards across H&S, quality, hygiene, and housekeeping, ensuring audit readiness
Drive delivery of production targets, output, and service levels
Support training and development of team members and promote a positive working culture
Act as first point of escalation, resolving operational issues and ensuring effective shift handovers
