Trainee Kitchen Assistant / Kitchen Porter

Full-Time / Part-Time Available

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Trainee Kitchen Assistant / Kitchen Porter to join our friendly team.

Training will be provided, though some previous kitchen or hospitality experience would be an advantage.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is hard‑working, eager to learn, and looking to gain experience across both kitchen and front‑of‑house operations.

- Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team

Key Responsibilities

- Assisting with food preparation and general kitchen duties

- Carrying out kitchen porter tasks, including dishwashing and maintaining cleanliness

- Supporting the kitchen team during busy service periods

- Following food hygiene and health & safety procedures

- Keeping work areas clean, organised, and well‑stocked

Training & Development

You will receive training in both Kitchen Operations and gradually learn about Front of House (FOH) duties, giving you the chance to develop a broad range of hospitality skills. This includes customer service, food preparation, and day‑to‑day business operations.
