Belvoir Paisley are looking for a Trainee Property Manager or Property Manager to be based at our town centre office.
Our Glasgow office is a well established business, and is part of an expanding group of lettings agencies, providing landlords and tenants with a highly professional, efficient and friendly service.
The role will include, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities:
Managing your own portfolio of properties
Dealing with landlord, tenant and contractor enquiries
Ensuring that compliance standards are maintained
Conducting viewings, inventories and property inspections
Keeping the property software database updated
Carrying out tenancy application processes
Carrying out rent reviews
Communicating effectively and professionally by telephone, email and in person with colleagues, clients, tenants, and contractors
Carrying out associated administration tasks, in accordance with company policy and processes
Our ideal candidate:
Will have experience within a residential property lettings environment (preferred, but not essential)
Must have a full UK driving licence
Must be able to manage their time efficiently/be well organised
Must be a team player, yet also comfortable/confident working on their own
Will be focused on providing excellent customer service
