Full job description

A vacancy has arisen within the Business Support Hub for a Business Support Officer.

The Business Support Hub is a dynamic and integral service, which delivers a wide range of standardised business support activities for all areas of the authority.

We are looking for two conscientious and dedicated people to join the team, one on a full time, permanent basis and one on a Fixed Term Contract until 31 March 2027. The role requires the post holder to lead on both service specific and Norfolk County Council wide system(s)/activities, ensuring the support is provided efficiently, effectively and flexibly with high standards of customer care.
