Hours: 33.75 hours per week (on a 7 day rota basis)
Contract: Permanent | Full-Time

About the Role:

As a Care Assistant, you'll play a vital role in supporting our Sisters with their daily lives while helping them maintain their independence, dignity, and sense of purpose.

Whether you're providing personal care, sharing a conversation over a cup of tea, supporting independence, or simply being there when someone needs a friendly face, you'll make a real difference every single day – and have the time to do it!

Working alongside a dedicated team, you'll help create a safe, happy, and caring environment where Sisters can continue to thrive.

What You'll Be Doing:

Providing high-quality, person-centred care
Supporting Sisters with personal care and daily living activities
Promoting dignity, choice, and independence
Building meaningful relationships with residents and colleagues
Supporting Sisters to remain active members of the community
Maintaining accurate care records
Working as part of a supportive and caring team

Essential Requirements:

Please only apply if you meet the following criteria:

Female applicants only (Occupational Requirement due to personal care needs)
Experience working in residential care for older people
Level 2 Health & Social Care qualification (or be willing to work towards it)
Good communication skills
Willingness to undergo an Enhanced DBS check and provide references
