We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Community Care Worker to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential support to individuals in the community, assisting them with daily living activities and promoting their independence and well-being. Your contributions will make a significant difference in the lives of those you care for, ensuring they receive the highest standard of care in a respectful and dignified manner.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Support clients with mobility and physical activities, ensuring their safety and comfort.
- Help with meal preparation and nutritional needs, promoting healthy eating habits.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' quality of life.
- Administer medication as prescribed and monitor clients' health conditions.
- Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any changes in clients' conditions to the appropriate personnel.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and family members to develop personalised care plans.
- Ensure a clean and safe environment for clients by performing light housekeeping duties.
