£22.87 per hour | Full time | Days | Nights | St Teresa's

Our St Teresa's service supports adults with physical disabilities. We pride ourselves on creating a safe, welcoming and empowering environment where every day brings new opportunities – whether that’s celebrating a personal milestone, supporting a medical need, or helping someone achieve more independence.

Your working hours

42 hours per week ( 3 x 12 hours + 1 x 6 hour early or late)
You’ll need to be flexible to cover annual leave and sickness.

Shifts include:

Night shifts: 7:30pm - 8.00am
Day shifts: 7.30am - 8.00pm

We’ll work with you to agree a pattern that suits the service and your availability.

Enhanced pay: £1.00 per hour will only apply to night working (8pm Monday to 7am Friday) and weekend working (8pm Friday to 7am Monday). This does not apply to Sleep-Ins.

What you’ll do

Assess, plan, deliver and evaluate personalised care plans
Lead, supervise and support a team of care staff
Administer and manage medicines safely
Provide nursing support in line with NMC guidelines and best practice
Monitor health and wellbeing, responding quickly to any changes
Support daily living tasks, promoting independence, dignity and choice
Liaise with families, health professionals and other agencies
Maintain accurate records and comply with all regulatory requirements

Whether you’re newly qualified or have years of experience, you’ll receive full induction, training, and ongoing professional development.

What helps you shine here

NMC registered nurse (essential)
Nursing experience in a residential/nursing home setting (essential)
A caring, empathetic and professional approach
Good leadership, communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and on-call
Experience in disability, residential or complex care nursing (advantageous but not essential)
