We are currently hiring for a creative and highly motivated Videographer / Video Editor to join our growing team at GravitasQ.
This role is perfect for someone who lives and breathes Videography and what it has to offer and is familiar with producing short-form video content for TikTok, Instagram, Youtube and Facebook and is excited about producing long-form content that are story and case study-led
This role will suit soneone who is enthusiastic and wants to work in an environment where producing great content is at the heart of everything we do.
You will be responsible for capturing and editing engaging video content that helps grow our brand, support creators, and build our presence across TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube.
This role also offers unique travel opportunities, including trips to Los Angeles, New York and visits to the London headquarters of TikTok, where you’ll help capture behind-the-scenes content and event coverage.
As our Videographer / Video Editor, you will be responsible for producing engaging, social-first video content that helps showcase our creators, our events and the work we do at GravitasQ.
You will capture content from a range of activities including:
- Creator events and training sessions
- Podcasts and interviews
- Office and behind-the-scenes content
- Business travel and industry events
- Educational and thought-leadership content
The ideal candidate will be responsible for capturing high-quality video content and transforming raw footage into engaging, polished videos that align with our brand identity.
As an official TikTok partner, GravitasQ works with creators across the UK, USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand, providing training, management and strategic support to help them succeed on TikTok LIVE.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, from promotional videos to social media content, utilising a broad range of editing tools and techniques.
Key Responsibilities
- Film high-quality video content
- Edit short-form social media videos for TikTok, Instagram, Youtube and a range of social media channels
- Work across various video marketing collateral including content for websites, landing pages and blogs
- Work with our Marketing Copywriter to add eye catching captions, hooks, music and transitions
- Capture behind-the-scenes footage from events and creator sessions taking place globally
- Work with the team to develop creative video concepts
- Stay up to date with social media trends and viral content formats
- Organise and manage video files and footage efficiently
- Help maintain a consistent visual style across content
- Capture compelling footage that effectively communicates the intended message or story
- Edit raw footage using industry-standard software to produce professional-quality videos
- Incorporate graphics, colour grading, sound design, and visual effects to enhance final outputs
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop concepts and storyboards for various projects
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines
- Maintain organised archives of all video content and project files
- Stay updated with the latest trends in videography and video editing techniques
Skills
- Proven experience in videography and video editing
- Strong understanding of TikTok and short-form social video
- Skilled with editing tools such as Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro or CapCut or similar
- Is confident filming in different environments including events and office settings
- Has a strong eye for storytelling
- Is creative, proactive and comfortable working in a fast-moving team
- Proven experience in videography and video editing with a strong portfolio demonstrating your work
- Expertise in colour grading, sound editing, and visual effects integration
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently
- Creative flair with an eye for detail and storytelling through visual media
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
