Full job description

Self-employed Domestic Electricians required to work in tenanted social housing homes in and around Cambridge. The work will be to install/replace extract fans and also wiring ASHP's.

The basic details are as follows:

The complete installation of Nuaire extract fans in kitchens and bathrooms ( including core-holing - 4 inch for both bathrooms and for kitchens ) or just fan replacement if there is already one in position. As such, you must have your own core drill complete with the correct size bits. A minor works cert will be required to be completed on Easycert software; and you will require an Android phone or tablet as photos will be required to be downloaded onto Markus software app. We will provide you with an anemometer to measure and record the fan flow rates post installation. Approx. 12 fans to replace/install per week.

There will also be 3x ASHP's to be rewired per week, which will also require an installation certificate to be completed.

Our engineers' are earning between £1,900.00 and £2,200.00 per week.

Must be fully qualified, experienced in working in tenanted housing, and have own van and tools.

This work is offered on a subcontract basis and will be for a minimum of 12 months, but likely to be much longer.

Cambridge, Cambridgeshire: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

ECS Card (preferred)
Fully qualified electrician inc. AM2, NVQ Level 3, 18th Ed (preferred)
2391 or equivalent (preferred)
