Working hours are Monday to Thursday 08:30 – 17:30 and Friday 08:30 – 16:30.
The role

If that sounds like you, we’re currently recruiting for a Fleet Administrator to join our Vehicle Progress and Logistics team.
What you’ll do:
- Obtaining regular updates from the supplying dealer, funder and manufacturer for all vehicle orders
- Arranging vehicle deliveries and collections with the customer, and the supplying dealer and funder.
- Checking licenses ahead of vehicle delivery
- Ensuring all documents associated with the vehicle order are in place ahead of delivery.
- Performing license checks
- Arranging installation of dash cameras and trackers.
- Servicing customer enquiries by phone and email.
Essential skills
- Self-motivated, team player
- Logical, solutions focused with good attention to detail
- Strong customer service skills, great with people
- Excellent organisation skills, with the ability to priorities and meet deadlines
- Experience of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
Salary: Starting at £28,129.46 per annum, plus Employee Ownership Trust (EOT) bonus (after completion of 12 months’ continuous service)
