Full job description

Overview

Embark on an exciting journey as an Apprentice Sales Administrator, where you'll play a vital role in supporting the sales team and ensuring smooth administrative operations. This paid apprenticeship offers a fantastic opportunity to develop essential skills in sales support, customer service, within a dynamic environment. If you're eager to learn, organised, and passionate about delivering excellent service, this role is perfect for you!

Responsibilities

First point of contact for customers - Answering the telephone, e-mails and dealing quickly and efficiently with any customer enquiries.
Work alongside the Account Managers, learning how to use our Wintree database system, to input Customer Orders & Call offs with suitable training
Ensure all relevant customer details for delivery & delivery dates are correct.
Provide customers with 48hrs notice of planned deliveries arriving.
Handle any physical customer collections, handling payments via card/BACS ensuring the correct amounts have been charged.
To assist in the Marketing sector, learn social media platforms with suitable training
Work alongside the Sales Administrators in maintaining the customer quotation records.
Help the Company to protect the health of yourself and others.
Assist with any other tasks as required by the company.

This apprenticeship provides a structured pathway into sales administration where you will work towards completing your Business and Customer Services Apprenticeship Level 2 qualification over a 12 month period whilst in the role.

Pay: £8.00-£12.71 per hour
