Join our team at St Barnabas Hospice. As Reception Coordinator, you will provide crucial support to ensure our operations run smoothly and effectively.
This role is based at the main Lincoln Wellbeing Centre, Hawthorn Road with regular travel to Centres in Grantham, Louth and Boston as required. Access to independent transport is therefore essential.
This new, customer facing role will be responsible for ensuring a consistent, friendly and helpful visitor experience to Hospice Wellbeing Centres. You will be responsible for ensuring all visitors to buildings are met with a warm corporate welcome, minimising any concern and trepidation whilst maximising income generation opportunities through diary management for external room bookings whilst enabling the smooth running of hospice services.
You will recruit, develop, and train a team of Volunteers to support at busy times; with responsibility for ensuring cover is in place through rota management.
