Hours: Monday to Thursday 07:00-16:45, Friday 07:00-12:00, plus overtime opportunities
Salary: £10.85 - £16.00 per hour (dependent on experience) + overtime
About Motorcraft Adventure Developments
Motorcraft Adventure Developments is the UK's leading specialist vehicle manufacturer, designing and building premium expedition, overland and adventure vehicles. As demand continues to grow across the UK and Europe, we are looking for a CNC Router Operator to join our expanding production team at our Doncaster facility.

The Role
Working as part of our manufacturing team, you will be responsible for producing high-quality components used in our bespoke vehicle builds. You will work from technical drawings and design requests, prepare cutting files, operate CNC machinery and ensure all components are manufactured accurately and efficiently.
As every vehicle we build is unique, this role requires someone who enjoys problem-solving, learning new skills and taking pride in producing high-quality work.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and set up CNC router machinery
- Interpret technical drawings and design specifications
- Prepare and optimise cutting programs and toolpaths
- Manufacture components accurately and efficiently
- Deburr and finish components to a high standard
- Carry out quality checks throughout the manufacturing process
- Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment
- Adhere to all company Health & Safety procedures
- Report any maintenance or safety concerns promptly
- Collaborate with colleagues across design and production departments
What We're Looking For
Experienced Applicants
You may already have experience in:
- CNC router operation and machine setup
- CNC programming and toolpath generation
- Reading engineering or manufacturing drawings
- Working with plastics, composites, wood or sheet materials
- Quality control and precision manufacturing
Entry-Level Applicants
We also welcome applications from individuals who may not have CNC experience but can demonstrate:
- An interest in engineering, manufacturing, design or technology
- Experience using CAD, technical drawing or design software through education, hobbies or previous employment
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Good practical and mechanical aptitude
- A willingness to learn and develop new skills
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
