Aris Healthy Life Cafe is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Barista/Kitchen Staff All-Rounder to join our friendly and growing team. We are passionate about serving healthy food, quality coffee, and delivering an excellent customer experience.
The Ideal Candidate
We are seeking a reliable and motivated individual who:
- Has a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a café, barista, or kitchen environment.
- Is confident in preparing high-quality coffee, smoothies, and fresh healthy food such as salads, wraps, and breakfast/lunch dishes.
- Can work efficiently in both front-of-house and kitchen operations.
- Has excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Works well within a team and maintains a positive attitude.
- Has a strong interest in health, wellness, and hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages in line with company standards.
- Assist with food preparation while maintaining high hygiene and food safety standards.
- Deliver excellent customer service at the counter and throughout the café.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation in kitchen and service areas.
- Assist with stock rotation and ordering supplies.
- Support day-to-day café operations effectively.
Supervisor / Management Opportunities
Candidates with strong leadership skills and relevant experience may be considered for Supervisor or Management responsibilities, including:
- Team leadership and staff scheduling
- Overseeing daily operations
- Maintaining high service and food quality standards
- Supporting staff training and performance
