Looking for a sales role where you’ve got autonomy , great leads , and a commission structure you can actually trust?

This is a full‑time, permanent Sales Desk Representative role , working office‑based within a well‑respected telecoms and IT provider .

This role gives you everything you need to succeed – including a strong flow of high‑quality leads .
No endless cold lists. No chasing businesses that don’t want to talk. Just proper sales conversations with engaged decision‑makers.

Here, you’ll be given real control over what you earn.

There are no moving goalposts here.

You’ll receive:

A basic salary of up to £28,000
Uncapped commission with realistic £50,000 OTE
Clear, transparent targets
Support that actually helps you hit them

Upbeat and fuelled by good commission, you’ll enjoy working in the tech sector and speaking to decision‑makers every day.

This is a business with a story that genuinely resonates with customers , which makes selling far more straightforward.

You’ll be joining a supportive sales team , with excellent training on the products and services you’ll be discussing – and no pressure to “wing it”.

What we’re looking for

Ideally, you’ll:

Have phone‑based sales experience
Be comfortable talking about technology products or services
Enjoy having conversations rather than reading from scripts
Like working as part of a team that pulls in the same direction
