Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives and drive brand growth locally . The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing plans, managing campaigns across multiple channels, and analysing performance metrics to optimise results. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a proactive professional with strong leadership and organisational skills to make a significant impact within our organisation.

Duties

Develop comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with organisational goals, including B2B and B2C campaigns.
Oversee the creation and execution of digital marketing campaigns, including social media management.
Manage content creation, copywriting, and visual design using Adobe Photoshop and other creative tools.
Analyse campaign performance through Google Analytics and other analysis tools; prepare detailed reports to inform future strategies.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all channels.
Lead project management efforts for marketing initiatives, ensuring timely delivery within budget constraints.
Foster strong relationships with external partners and stakeholders to enhance B2B marketing efforts.
You would expected to carry out Admin work

Experience

Proven management experience within a marketing environment
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
Strong copywriting skills with the ability to craft compelling content tailored to target audiences.
Experience managing social media platforms and executing social media campaigns effectively.
Excellent analysis skills to interpret data insights for strategic decision-making.
Effective communication skills in English.
Knowledge of IT systems relevant to marketing functions is desirable. This role provides an exciting platform for a motivated individual eager to shape innovative marketing strategies while working within a collaborative environment that values organisational excellence and creative thinking.
