Full job description

Overview
Join our dynamic team as a Customer Service - Transport & Export Coordinator and become a vital link in our global logistics network! This energetic role offers the opportunity to coordinate transportation and export activities, ensuring seamless delivery of goods across borders. You will be the key point of contact for our Sales Departments, clients, carriers, and internal teams, driving efficiency and customer satisfaction through proactive communication, meticulous data management, and expert knowledge of supply chain processes. Responsibilities:

· Arrange exportation and logistics, including coordinating shipment schedules and delivery requirements.

· Liaise with carriers, freight forwarders and relevant third parties to support smooth and timely export processes.

· Prepare, administer and maintain accurate export and shipping documentation.

· Utilise CRM software to track customer interactions, update order statuses.

· Previous experience in export logistics, carrier liaison and shipment administration.

· Good understanding of cross-border shipping requirements, export procedures and related documentation.

· Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage paperwork accurately and meet shipping deadlines.

· Strong understanding of supply chain logistics, export procedures and international shipping regulations.

· Excellent negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with carriers, vendors and clients.

· Exceptional data entry skills and high attention to detail to ensure accuracy in documentation and tracking systems.

· Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism under pressure.

Pay: £26,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
