Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Mixologist to join our vibrant team. We are a mobile bar company that does pre paid private events such as birthday parties, weddings and corporate events. We are a premium catering service and so are our clients, there fore an excellent presentation is a must.
As a Mixologist, you will be responsible for crafting exceptional drinks, providing outstanding customer service, and ensuring that all food safety standards are met. This role requires excellent time management skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
The work is based on the events.
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, wines, and soft drinks.
- Maintain an organised bar area, ensuring cleanliness and adherence to food safety regulations.
- Engage with customers to provide recommendations and enhance their experience through exceptional service.
- Set up at the event.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in bartending, as a mixologist, or cocktail making is a must. On site training will also be provided.
- Able to work in a busy environment and atmosphere
- A genuine passion for hospitality and providing outstanding customer service.
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
