We have an exciting opportunity for a Corporate Administrator to join our Governance Team, playing a key role in delivering high-quality governance and administrative support that makes a real difference to our customers.

About the Role
Reporting to the Governance Manager, the Corporate Administrator provides high-quality, proactive administrative support to the Governance Team and wider organisation, supporting strong governance, assurance, and compliance.
The role covers a wide range of governance activities, including managing Subject Access Requests (SARs) and supporting compliance with the Social Tenant Access to Information Requirements (STAIRS). It also involves coordinating governance meetings, preparing and distributing papers, taking accurate minutes, maintaining action logs, and supporting complaint administration to ensure a positive customer experience.
You will maintain governance records, statutory registers, and audit trails, support audit and policy processes, and assist with Board and Committee administration, document execution, and SharePoint content.
This is a varied and flexible role, requiring the ability to respond to changing priorities and provide administrative support across the organisation with professionalism, accuracy, and discretion.

You will bring:
Proven administrative experience in a customer-focused environment
Experience supporting meetings, including agenda preparation, papers collation, and minute taking
Excellent attention to detail and strong record-keeping skills, including maintaining registers, trackers, and audit trails
The ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships
The ability to produce clear, accurate written documentation
Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise workloads and meet competing deadlines
A flexible and adaptable approach, with the ability to respond to changing priorities
Confidence using Microsoft 365 tools, including Outlook, Word, Excel, Forms, Planner, and SharePoint
A collaborative, values-led approach with a commitment to equality, inclusion, and excellent customer service
It would be beneficial if you also have:
Knowledge of data protection legislation and experience managing Subject Access Requests (SARs)
Experience in governance or company secretarial work and/or knowledge of social housing regulation
