Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated PAS 2030 / MCS Compliance Coordinator to oversee and ensure adherence to industry standards and regulations within our organisation. The successful candidate will play a vital role in maintaining quality assurance processes, supporting compliance audits, and facilitating continuous improvement initiatives. Responsibilities
- Prepare compliance applications and manage the application process
- Coordinate and manage all aspects of PAS 2030, MCS & RECC compliance across projects and operations.
- Develop, review, and update compliance documentation, procedures, and policies in line with industry standards.
- Conduct internal audits to verify adherence to quality assurance protocols and regulatory requirements.
- Support external audits by providing necessary documentation and facilitating inspector visits.
- Liaise with certification bodies, clients, and suppliers to ensure ongoing compliance and address any non-conformities promptly.
- Monitor changes in legislation or standards related to renewable energy systems and communicate updates effectively within the organisation.
- Provide training and guidance to staff on compliance requirements, quality assurance practices, and best practices in the industry.
- Analyse data trends related to compliance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
Experience
- Proven experience in quality assurance within the renewable energy or related sectors is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with PAS 2030 standards, MCS certification processes, and relevant regulatory frameworks is essential.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of liaising effectively with internal teams, certification bodies, and clients.
- Experience in conducting audits, preparing reports, and implementing continuous improvement strategies is advantageous.
- A proactive approach with attention to detail to ensure strict compliance with industry standards and legislation.
Pay: £35,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
