We are looking for enthusiastic, friendly and hardworking people to join our growing team at The Stag and Huntsman, a busy village pub with rooms in the beautiful Hambleden Valley.
We are currently recruiting for:
- Front of House Supervisors
- Waiters / Waitresses
- Bartenders
- FOH Assistants
Whether you already have hospitality experience or you are looking to grow within the industry, we would love to hear from you.
About the Role
You will be part of a fast-paced and professional team delivering warm, genuine hospitality to our guests. From welcoming visitors for drinks at the bar to providing attentive restaurant service, you’ll play an important role in creating memorable experiences.
For bar positions, cocktail knowledge and bar experience are preferred but not essential — personality, energy and willingness to learn are just as important.
We are looking for people who are:
- Friendly and confident with guests
- Positive, energetic and reliable
- Passionate about hospitality and teamwork
- Well organised with good attention to detail
- Happy working in a busy environment
- Available to work evenings and weekends
Supervisors should ideally have previous experience leading shifts or supporting junior team members.
