Full-Time | Daytime Service

£11 –£16.32 per hour (depending on age & experience)

We’re Building a Strong Kitchen — Not Just Filling a Position.

Viv’s Café is a busy, high-standard daytime café in Henley-on-Thames.

We are looking for a reliable, disciplined Chef who takes pride in clean, organised, consistent cooking.

This role has room to grow.

For the right person, there is an opportunity to step into a Kitchen Lead position as the business continues to develop.

The Role

You will be responsible for:

Preparing and executing dishes consistently
Maintaining excellent food hygiene standards
Keeping your section clean and organised
Managing prep efficiently
Working calmly during busy services
Supporting a positive, disciplined kitchen culture

We run a focused daytime menu — but standards matter.

Who This Role Is For

You may be:

A Commis ready to grow
A Chef de Partie looking for stability
