Join Our Team

We're looking for an organised and creative Marketing & Content Assistant to support the day-to-day delivery of our marketing activity. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys writing, social media, digital content and keeping things organised behind the scenes.

Working closely with our marketing team, you'll help bring campaigns to life by creating content, managing social media, organising digital assets and supporting a wide range of marketing projects.

This role would suit someone with strong attention to detail, excellent written English and a proactive attitude. Previous marketing experience is helpful but not essential. What's more important is the ability to follow a brief, stay organised and produce high-quality work.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation

Draft engaging website content, product descriptions and blog articles.
Write copy for email campaigns and marketing communications.
Assist with creating promotional content for digital campaigns.
Ensure all content is accurate, consistent and aligned with brand guidelines.

Social Media

Create and publish daily social media content.
Schedule and manage content across social platforms.
Monitor channels for brand mentions and engagement opportunities.
Help drive traffic to the company website through effective content planning.

Marketing Administration

Upload and manage content across websites and digital platforms.
Organise, rename and maintain image libraries and marketing assets.
Update spreadsheets, product information and marketing records.
Support campaign reporting and maintain marketing databases.
Assist with general marketing administration and project coordination.

About You

You will have:

Excellent written English and communication skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Good organisational and time management abilities.
Confidence using Microsoft Excel and Word.
The ability to follow instructions and work accurately from a brief.
A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn.

Desirable

Previous marketing, social media or administration experience.
Experience using content management systems and social media platforms.
Basic understanding of digital marketing principles.
