Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Paraplanner to join our financial services team in Littlewick Green. The successful candidate will support our financial planners by preparing detailed reports, analysing client data, and assisting with the development of personalised financial plans. This paid position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about financial planning and seeking to develop their career within the industry. The role requires a proactive approach, strong organisational skills, and a solid understanding of financial services.

Responsibilities

Assist in the preparation of comprehensive financial plans tailored to client needs.
Analyse client data, including income, expenditure, assets, and liabilities.
Support the drafting of investment strategies and recommendations under supervision.
Conduct research on financial products and market trends to inform planning processes.
Prepare documentation for client meetings and ensure all reports comply with regulatory standards.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and plan updates within the firm’s systems.
Liaise with clients, providers, and internal teams to gather necessary information and facilitate smooth communication.
Keep abreast of changes in financial legislation and industry best practices to ensure compliance.

Qualifications

Proven experience or strong interest in financial services or financial planning. Ideally, Level 4 diploma in Financial Planning.
Knowledge of financial products, investment strategies, and regulatory requirements is desirable.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
Relevant qualifications or certifications in finance or related fields are advantageous but not essential. This role is ideal for motivated individuals eager to build a career in financial planning within a supportive environment that values professional development and continuous learning.

Pay: £26,112.84-£45,000.00 per year
