GBB Coaching & Consultancy is a specialist training and coaching provider delivering high-quality learning and development programmes for major brands in the automotive sector and beyond. We are a small, dynamic, and highly collaborative team based in Milton Keynes.
We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Learning & Development Business Support / Project Coordinator to join our team. This is a pivotal role within the business, supporting the delivery of training projects and ensuring excellent communication between clients, associate trainers, and our internal team.
You will often be the key point of contact for clients and trainers, helping to coordinate projects from planning through to delivery and evaluation.

The Role
You will support the day-to-day delivery of learning and development projects, particularly for our premium automotive clients. The role combines administration, coordination, and project support, ensuring every training programme runs efficiently and delivers outstanding results.
Key Responsibilities
Project Coordination
- Coordinate learning and development projects from planning through to evaluation
- Manage client and associate trainer expectations regarding timelines and delivery
- Track delivery outcomes and maintain accurate project records
- Ensure clear communication between clients, trainers, and internal stakeholders
Client & Associate Support
- Act as a key contact for clients and associate trainers
- Manage diaries and coordinate training schedules
- Maintain excellent professional relationships with stakeholders
Operational Support
- Prepare course materials (printing, packaging, updates)
- Organise trainer bookings, hotel accommodation, and travel arrangements
- Prepare quotes and support course commissioning
- Maintain electronic and physical filing systems
Reporting & Business Support
- Prepare activity reports for daily internal updates and monthly management meetings using Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint
- Support rolling business cost analysis alongside Finance and Operations
- Assist with marketing activity including preparing evaluation summaries and case studies
General Administration
- Handle phone enquiries and incoming communication
- Conduct research and source materials to support programme delivery
About You
We are looking for someone who is:
- An experienced administrator or project coordinator
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Confident managing multiple priorities and deadlines
- Excellent at building professional relationships
- A strong communicator with excellent written and spoken English
- Highly competent with standard office IT systems
- Positive, proactive, and solution-focused with a genuine “can-do” attitude
Experience supporting training, learning & development, or project-based work would be highly beneficial.
Pay: £28,500.00 per year
