- Location & Right to Work: You must currently live in Hereford and already have the legal right to work in the UK with all relevant paperwork in place.
- Transport: You must have your own reliable transport (Car, Moped, or Bicycle). We welcome cyclists, but please note we do not employ walkers due to the travel required between service users.

Role Summary
We are seeking dedicated and warm-hearted Community Support Workers to join our welcoming team in Hereford. In this vital role, you will provide essential home-based care services that make a tangible, positive difference in people's lives every single day.
Key Responsibilities
- Personal Care: Deliver high-quality personal care, assisting service users with their hygiene routines so they can look and feel their best.
- Independence & Well-being: Encourage service users to do as much for themselves as possible to maintain and improve their independence.
- Medication & Safety: Assist with administering medication safely and adhere strictly to health and safety guidelines.
- Meal Preparation: Prepare basic, nutritious meals (no culinary masterpieces required, but being able to poach or boil an egg is an advantage!).
- Reporting: Maintain accurate daily logs of your visits and promptly report any changes or concerns regarding a service user's well-being.
- Teamwork: Support your colleagues and contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment.
Requirements & Qualities
- Attributes: Reliable, punctual, and highly motivated. Our service users rely on us to keep them safe, making reliability of paramount importance.
- Personality: Compassionate, caring, and armed with a good sense of humor and a warm smile.
- Physical Fitness: Must be physically fit enough to undertake the role. You will be required to use moving and handling equipment (full training provided).
- Experience: Previous experience in home care or nursing is preferred but not essential. We provide full shadowing and training—every day is a school day!
