The Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Welder/Fabricator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in producing high-quality steel fabrications, working on diverse projects across the structural, architectural, and bespoke sectors.

Responsibilities:

Fabricate and weld steel components according to technical drawings and specifications.
Operate tools and machinery, including cutting, grinding, and welding equipment.
Conduct quality checks to ensure precision and adherence to project requirements.
Collaborate with the team to meet production schedules and maintain workflow efficiency.
Maintain a clean and safe working environment in compliance with health and safety standards.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a welder/fabricator (minimum 3 years preferred but not essential).
Proficiency in MIG, TIG, and/or stick welding techniques.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
A positive attitude and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
NVQ Level 2/3 in Welding/Fabrication or equivalent (preferred but not essential).
Valid forklift or crane operator certification (advantageous but not required).
