Full job description

Overview
We are seeking a reliable and competent person to join our team. This role involves training towards providing tailored services to meet customer needs. The ideal candidate will have good communication and administration skills. This position offers an engaging opportunity to combine excellent customer service with learning tailoring skills in a dynamic environment. The role is full time.

Duties

Service a high-profile contract for tailoring services.
Visit additional sites to carryout collection and delivery of work. (This will require you to drive).
Learn tailoring services required to meet the contract needs, including adjustments and fittings.
Maintain the cleanliness and safety of the vehicle and the work area at all times.
Communicate effectively with clients and team members regarding delivery schedules and service requirements.
Keep accurate records of deliveries, pickups, and tailoring work performed.
Maintain stock levels and order goods as per the current company policy.
Follow all traffic laws and company policies during transportation activities.

Qualifications

Valid <PERSON> driver’s licence with a clean driving record.
Good tailoring skills and willingness to learn specific tailoring techniques.
Good organisational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy driving, possess practical tailoring skills, and are committed to delivering excellent service. Applicants should be reliable, and eager to contribute positively to our team.
