Job Overview

At Willy’s ACV, we are on a mission to bring sustainable, raw, and unfiltered goodness to the world through our premium Apple Cider Vinegar. Made from our 300-year-old orchards in Herefordshire, our ACV is grown with care, produced with integrity, and packed with the probiotic living Mother. We aren’t just selling a kitchen staple; we are leading a wellness movement rooted in regenerative farming, gut health, and exceptional British heritage.

We are looking for an energetic self-starter with a passion for building brands, driving sales, and championing functional, gut healthy, natural food and drink. As our Key Account Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence across retail and wholesale channels, nurturing strategic relationships, and managing key accounts.

An Agile Hustler: You are a proactive, creative commercial thinker who enjoys working collaboratively, but is equally excited to take complete ownership, roll up your sleeves, and deliver results in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Commercial Growth

Develop and implement robust sales strategies to drive commercial growth for Willy’s range of ACV, health shots, and functional beverages.
Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities across wholesale, independent farm shops, food service, distributor channels and export.
Build, nurture, and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key accounts and retail buyers.
Manage negotiation processes, prepare sales forecasts, and conduct regular performance analysis to optimise our market presence.
Oversee key account marketing initiatives and collaborate on brand growth strategies.

Requirements & Qualifications

Industry Experience: Proven experience in sales, marketing, or commercial management specifically within the food, drink, FMCG, health & wellness, or functional beverage sectors.
Account Management: Direct experience working with retail buyers, distributors, or wholesale accounts (experience with premium independents or major UK grocery is a massive plus).
Execution & Ownership: Strong organisational and time management abilities, with the capability to work independently in a dynamic, fast paced farm and business environment.
Commercial Acumen: Demonstrated success in meeting sales targets, negotiating listings, and managing sales pipelines.
