Full job description

Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives and drive growth in our private forensic psychology practice. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing marketing plans, managing campaigns and social media profiles, and optimising our outreach efforts for new programs. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work within a collaborative, innovative and flexible environment. Candidates should possess strong leadership qualities, excellent communication skills, and a solid understanding of marketing practices.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company objectives
Lead and coordinate marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and events
Analyse market data and consumer insights to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
Manage projects efficiently, ensuring deadlines are met whilst maintaining high standards of quality
Oversee the creation of marketing materials
Foster strong relationships with clients and other professionals within the industry

Skills

Fluency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proven project management experience with strong organisational skills
Analytical skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Office Suite, and general IT systems
Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience managing projects
In-depth understanding of marketing principles and practices
Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
Excellent organisational skills to coordinate multiple campaigns simultaneously
Effective communication skills to liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders

This role is ideal for individuals seeking a part-time position to fit around other work or family responsibilities. This role is contracted for 15 hours per week during term time, with a salary of £30,000 per year pro rata'd. While we would seek for the candidate to work within the office environment one day per week, there is scope for flexibility in this area.

Pay: £30,000.00 per year
