You'll work closely with senior stakeholders to understand their business goals, shape forward-thinking IT strategies, and unlock genuine value from their technology investments. From driving growth to strengthening long-term partnerships, you'll be at the centre of delivering exceptional client outcomes.
What You'll Be Doing
- Build Meaningful Client Partnerships
- Develop trusted relationships with senior decision-makers
- Own and nurture your portfolio, becoming the go-to advisor for your clients
- Lead engaging quarterly reviews, turning data into actionable insight
- Ensure every customer feels valued, heard and confident in Air IT
Collaborate to Deliver Excellence
- Partner with Service Delivery and Technical teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Stay ahead of risks, issues and emerging opportunities
- Bring fresh thinking through knowledge of market trends and evolving technologies
Drive Growth & Commercial Success
- Take full ownership of retention, growth and profitability across your accounts
- Create and execute strategic account plans, identifying new opportunities
- Lead upsell and cross-sell initiatives aligned to client needs
- Own your pipeline and personal sales targets with confidence
- Drive negotiations, renewals and service expansion conversations
Own the Sales & Delivery Journey
- Maintain a strong, forward-looking pipeline
- Create compelling proposals and customer roadmaps
- Collaborate with technical teams to scope and shape solutions
- Keep CRM and reporting accurate and insightful
- Contribute to continuous improvement across account management processes
What You Bring
Your Experience
- Proven success as an Account Manager or Senior Account Manager within an MSP
- A consultative, solutions-led sales style
- Confidence leading strategic conversations with senior stakeholders
- Strong track record of growing accounts and hitting targets
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Experience across key MSP services (e.g. M365, Azure, Cyber Security, IT Support)
- Full UK driving licence
