Location: Newbury + Hybrid
Salary: Excellent basic salary plus bonus and Vodafone benefits
Working hours: Full time 37.5 hours per week – Monday to Friday

Join us at the heart of our business in Corporate, one of the central support functions that underpin our business and keep us moving forward. We provide centralised support, expertise and guidance across our UK and Group operations, continuing to build on our success and trailblazing the way to our next stage of digital growth.

What you’ll do

PA support for our Commercial Finance Director, including setting-up regular and ad-hoc meetings
Schedule and reschedule diaries for the management team where meetings move on an ongoing basis
Agenda consolidation for weekly and monthly senior management meetings
Management of distribution lists
Data integrity for management or departmental wide data changes for bulk uploads
Manage efficient travel arrangements where supplier/offsite meetings are required
Organisation and logistics of department wide events e.g. All Hands meetings
Creation of organisation charts

Who you are

Proven experience of supporting at Executive level
Highly proficient secretarial skills including MS Office with an emphasis on PowerPoint
Good analytical skills, with a flair for concise and relevant report & brief generation
Strong organisation skills with an ability to constantly re prioritise
Confident and engaging communication and influencing skills with an ability to push back when required, whilst building effective relationships
