What you'll be doing;
Driving to planned collection locations and loading food waste into the vehicle.
Driving 7.5 Food Waste Vehicles to support the service.
Complete daily checks of the vehicle and use the onboard technology to complete work notes.
Comply with all traffic laws and legislation and ensure their work environment is safe and clean at all times.
Working closely with your team to ensure that all-round information is completed daily from your onboard service.
Ensuring that Veolia complies with their contractual obligations eg any spillages are cleaned up.
Ensuring the vehicle is tipped, washed and the cab is left clear of litter, uniform and personal items at the end of your shift.
Accurately complete paperwork.
Report any accidents to depot management.
What we're looking for;
Essential:
7.5T Licence
An up-to-date CPC / DIGI card
Ability to work well as a team member, with excellent communication skills
Strong time management skills are essential
