A bit about the role
As Head of Content, you will shape the editorial vision and content strategy for POSSIBLE Europe, ensuring every programme delivers valuable insights, inspires innovation, and attracts senior decision-makers from across the marketing, media, brands and technology landscape. Working closely with industry leaders, partners, and internal stakeholders, you will curate world-class agendas, identify emerging trends, and build influential communities that position our events at the centre of the creative martech conversation.

This role reports to: VP, Possible Europe

A bit about the division
Global Ventures is Hyveâ€™s dedicated accelerator unit which launches new events and supercharges new ventures. This is where event launches are born and new products are accelerated, powered by obsessive customer focus, rapid experimentation, simple decision-making and entrepreneurial energy.

As part of your job, youâ€™ll:

Lead the content strategy and editorial direction across a portfolio of B2B events, ensuring programmes remain relevant, commercially valuable, and market-leading.
Design and develop compelling conference agendas that address the key challenges, opportunities, and trends shaping the creative martech industry.
Identify, recruit, and manage high-profile speakers, industry influencers, and thought leaders from leading brands, agencies, publishers, and technology companies.
Build and maintain strong relationships with senior industry stakeholders to ensure content remains informed by market needs and emerging trends.
Collaborate with marketing teams to create content that drives audience acquisition, engagement, and event registrations.
Partner with commercial and sponsorship teams to identify content-led partnership opportunities while maintaining editorial integrity.
Conduct ongoing market research, competitor analysis, and audience feedback reviews to inform content strategy and event development.
Lead and mentor content team members, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Oversee the production of event content, including keynote sessions, panel discussions, workshops, roundtables, and networking formats.
Represent the business externally as a trusted industry voice, moderating sessions, hosting speakers, and building relationships within the marketing and technology community.

Hereâ€™s what weâ€™re looking for from you:
Experience Required

Editorial Leadership â€“ Proven experience developing content strategies, conference programmes, or editorial products for B2B events, media, or industry communities.
Industry Knowledge â€“ Strong understanding of marketing, advertising, media, data, AI, customer experience, and marketing technology trends.
Speaker & Stakeholder Management â€“ Demonstrated ability to engage and influence senior executives, thought leaders, and industry partners.
Strategic Content Development â€“ Ability to translate market insights into compelling content themes, agendas, and audience experiences.
Leadership & Team Management â€“ Experience leading, mentoring, and developing high-performing content or editorial teams.
Communication & Presentation Skills â€“ Excellent written, verbal, and public-speaking skills, with confidence representing the brand at industry events and engaging with senior stakeholders.
