We are looking for experienced IRATA Level 2 or Level 3 Rope Access Technicians to join our Vertical Division. If you are safety-focused, reliable, and take pride in delivering exceptional work at height, we'd love to hear from you.
Working across London and occasionally further afield, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality rope access services while maintaining the highest standards of safety, professionalism, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out rope access work safely and efficiently in accordance with IRATA guidelines.
- Complete scheduled work as directed by the Rope Access Supervisor or Management team.
- Maintain the highest standards of health, safety, and safe working practices.
- Inspect and maintain rope access equipment, reporting any defects immediately.
- Ensure all work complies with company procedures, client requirements, and statutory regulations, including COSHH and Health & Safety legislation.
- Provide a professional, courteous, and customer-focused service at all times.
- Report accidents, incidents, hazards, customer feedback, or equipment issues promptly.
- Support colleagues and supervise team members where appropriate (depending on IRATA level).
- Attend company meetings and training sessions as required.
- Assist with cover during periods of annual leave or sickness.
- Carry out any other reasonable duties required to support the business.
What We're Looking For:
Essential
- IRATA Level 2 or Level 3 qualification.
- Experience working at height.
- Experience working on high-rise buildings.
- Good literacy and numeracy skills.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Professional, reliable, and safety-conscious approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexible attitude towards working hours and travel.
- Positive, proactive, and customer-focused mindset.
Desirable
- IOSH qualification.
- First Aid certification.
- Additional rope access or working at height qualifications.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
