Full job description

Senior Sales / Key Holder

Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure an outstanding shopping experience for every customer.
Consistently achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets.
Support the Store Manager in the daily running of the store.
Act as the Key Holder, responsible for opening and closing the store following company procedures.
Lead by example on the shop floor, motivating the team to achieve sales and customer service goals.
Assist with coaching, training and supporting new and existing team members.
Ensure the shop floor is clean, organised and fully replenished throughout the day.
Understand customers' needs and recommend products that best suit their requirements.
Promote cross-selling and upselling opportunities to maximise sales.
Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
Handle customer enquiries, complaints and returns professionally and efficiently.
Assist with stock deliveries, stock replenishment and inventory control.
Support regular stock counts and help minimise stock loss.
Keep up to date with product knowledge, promotions and company initiatives.
Follow all company policies and procedures at all times.

Job Brief

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Sales / Key Holder to join our Knightsbridge store.

As a Senior Sales / Key Holder, you will play a key role in supporting the Store Manager with the day-to-day operation of the store while delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will lead by example, drive sales performance, maintain high visual merchandising standards and ensure the smooth running of the store during management absence.

The successful candidate will be confident, commercially aware, customer-focused and passionate about fashion and luxury retail.

Requirements and Skills

Previous experience in fashion or luxury retail.
Experience working as a Senior Sales Advisor, Key Holder, Supervisor or similar retail role.
Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Strong customer service and selling skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident leading and motivating a team.
Ability to work independently and make decisions when managing the store.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Good administration and computer skills.
Good understanding of visual merchandising principles.
Fluent spoken and written English.
Flexible to work weekends, evenings and public holidays when required.
