Whats the job?
You’ll be working with many customers making them feel great. We specialist in exterior cleaning, all of the work you’ll be doing will be providing you and our customers real time results.
No 2 weeks are the same, you’ll always have a variety of different jobs and properties to work on.
Where we spend most of our time:
- Pressure washing (patios, driveways, car parks)
- Window cleaning (water-fed pole)
- Gutter and roof cleaning
- Soft washing (render & cladding)
This is a hands-on, outdoor role covering domestic and commercial sites across Sussex. If you like physical work, variety, and learning proper skills, this could be a great fit.
You’ll work at height using ladders and access equipment, and you’ll receive full training from day one — no experience necessary.
What we offer
- £28,000–£32,500 per year, with pay increases as your skills and responsibility grow
- Profit share scheme: 20% of company profit is shared with the team on a pro rata basis. When the business does well, so do you.

Requirements
- Full UK driving licence
- Aged 21+
- Comfortable working in beautiful British weather - rain or hail.
