Fencing & Landscaping Installer
Location: Uckfield, East Sussex & surrounding areas
Job Type: Full-time (Self-employed, leading to employed for the right candidate)
Salary: £150–£200 per day (depending on experience) + overtime opportunities

The Role
We're looking for an experienced Fencing & Decking Installer to join our growing team.
You'll be involved in a variety of projects including:
- Timber and composite decking installations
- Garden fencing (closeboard, panel, post & rail etc.)
- Gates and access solutions
- Pergolas and other timber garden structures
- Repairs and replacement work
- Working directly with customers to deliver an excellent finished product
What We're Looking For
Essential:
- Experience installing fencing and decking
- Confident using power and hand tools
- Full UK driving licence
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable, punctual and hardworking
- Good attention to detail
- Friendly and professional with customers
Desirable:
- Landscaping or carpentry experience
- CSCS Card
- Towing licence
- Experience operating mini diggers or other plant
