At Life Couriers, our Healthcare Delivery Driver/ Warehouse Operative do much more than deliver equipment. You could be the person a patient sees when they are waiting for something essential to their care.

How would you handle a delivery to someone who is anxious, vulnerable or needs a little extra support?

If your answer is with patience, respect and professionalism, we'd love to hear from you.

The role

For Driving you'll be responsible for:

Delivering healthcare equipment safely, accurately and on time.
Providing a friendly, professional and compassionate service.
Communicating with patients, carers, healthcare professionals and colleagues.
Loading, unloading and handling equipment safely.
Managing your routes and time effectively.
Completing delivery records accurately.
Carrying out vehicle checks and following all health & safety requirements.
Reporting any issues or customer concerns promptly.
Representing Life Couriers positively at every delivery.

For the Warehouse Operative you'll be responsible for:

Use warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory levels and update stock records
Conduct quality control checks to verify product integrity and adherence to standards

What we're looking for

You don't need previous healthcare experience. We want someone who is:

A confident and responsible driver with a full UK driving licence.
Reliable, organised and comfortable working independently.
Friendly, patient and professional with excellent customer service skills.
Physically able to safely handle and move equipment.
Calm under pressure and able to deal with unexpected situations.
Someone who takes responsibility and genuinely cares about helping people.
