Full job description

You'll be part of the N3i IT Service Desk team, providing friendly and reliable first line support to a wide range of customers across Primary Care and other services. Your work will help colleagues access the systems they need when they need them. You'll be based at our headquarters and will play a key role in keeping services running day to day, while learning from experienced IT professionals around you.

Main duties of the job:

Provide first line IT support by phone and other channels
Manage an incoming call queue and aim to resolve issues at first contact
Log, track and update IT incidents and requests clearly
Trouble shooting and triaging IT issues
Support second line, third line and procurement work when needed
Deliver a helpful, customer focused service at all times
What we're looking for:
Experience supporting users with IT issues or strong transferable customer service skills
Clear communication skills and a friendly, approachable manner
Ability to stay calm and organised in a busy environment
Willingness to learn and support different areas of the IT team
A strong focus on putting customers first
Be part of our on call rota when required
Part of a rolling shift rota, covering core hours between 7:30am to 6:30pm, Mon to Fri
