Full job description

Location: Unit G, Bessemer Way, Great Yarmouth, NR31 0LX

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm (40 hours per week), including a 30-minute unpaid lunch break and two paid 15-minute breaks.

Contract: Initial 3-month fixed-term contract, with any further extensions offered on a month-by-month basis depending on business requirements. There may also be a potential permanent opportunity for the right candidate.

About Glideline

Glideline is a specialist aluminium glazing company supplying and installing high-quality aluminium windows, doors and glazing systems for residential and commercial projects. We pride ourselves on delivering excellent customer service, quality workmanship and reliable project delivery.

Due to continued workload, we are looking for a reliable and organised individual to join our team and support our Project Managers with estimating, customer enquiries and general administration.

About the Role

This is a varied office-based role that will involve preparing quotations, supporting customer enquiries and assisting with the day-to-day administration of projects.

No previous estimating experience is required, as full training will be provided, including the use of WindowCAD software.

Key Responsibilities

Preparing quotations using WindowCAD software.
Supporting Project Managers with sales administration and pricing enquiries.
Screening and directing incoming telephone calls.
Responding to customer enquiries via phone and email.
Checking the progress of customer orders and projects and providing updates when required.
Assisting with general office administration and filing.
Entering and processing information accurately.
Supporting the wider team with day-to-day administrative tasks.
