Full job description

Temp Customer Service / Sales Administrator

JOB SUMMARY:

We are recruiting for a Temporary Customer Service / Sales Administrator to join the team at Forest Master. The successful candidate will take responsibility for the processing and administration of customer orders, ensuring that all requirements are adhered to in relation to the shipping of goods across the UK and Internationally. The successful candidate will have excellent customer service and administration skills and be a confident communicator who is happy to liaise with customers via telephone, email and live chat. You will also be interacting with the warehouse department to ensure that orders are completed and dispatched as expected. Full training in the role will be given.

We are offering a starting salary ranging from £26,800 to £27,800 per annum.

This is a temporary position from October 2026 to July 2027 with the potential to be extended or become permanent for the right candidate.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Answering all customer enquiries via telephone, emails and live chat

· Processing and administering orders, ensuring delivery of goods on time and in full

· Administration of returns and repairs

· Actioning / answering email requests and liaising with other members of staff and couriers to resolve any queries / issues in relation to goods

· Taking responsibility for all administrative tasks to do with the processes of dispatched and returned goods

· Ensuring all health and safety procedures are adhered to at all times

· Maintaining and improving systems and process

SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS and EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

· Customer Service experience is essential for this role

· Previous Office / Dispatch administration experience is preferred, as is the ability to multi task

· An understanding of Linnworks would be advantageous

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential
