Overview
We are seeking a professional and compassionate Spa Therapist to join our luxurious wellness centre. The successful candidate will deliver exceptional therapeutic treatments, ensuring clients experience relaxation, rejuvenation, and overall well-being. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about health and beauty to develop their skills within a serene and welcoming environment. The Spa Therapist will be responsible for providing customised treatments, maintaining high standards of hygiene, and creating a tranquil atmosphere for all guests.

Responsibilities

Perform a variety of spa treatments including massages, facials, body scrubs, and specialised therapies in accordance with client needs and treatment protocols.
Conduct consultations to assess clients’ skin types, health conditions, and personal preferences to recommend suitable treatments.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of treatment rooms, ensuring all equipment and supplies are sterilised and prepared before each session.
Provide professional advice on skincare routines and recommend suitable products for clients to use at home.
Uphold high standards of hygiene and safety in compliance with health regulations and spa policies.
Deliver excellent customer service by creating a relaxing environment, addressing client queries, and ensuring their comfort throughout treatments.
Keep accurate records of treatments provided, client preferences, and any relevant notes for future appointments.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends, techniques, and product knowledge through ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

recognised qualification in beauty therapy or massage therapy from an accredited institution.
Proven experience as a Spa Therapist or similar role within a luxury spa or wellness centre is preferred.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to listen attentively and provide personalised recommendations.
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail to ensure high standards of service delivery.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to hygiene standards in a spa environment.
Ability to work flexibly including evenings and weekends as required by the business schedule.
A friendly demeanour with a genuine passion for promoting relaxation and well-being among clients. This role is ideal for motivated individuals committed to delivering outstanding spa experiences while enhancing their professional expertise within a supportive team environment.

Pay: £14.56 per hour
