Overview
We are looking for a skilled and passionate Beauty Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to deliver high-quality beauty treatments while creating a welcoming experience for clients.
Responsibilities
- Provide a range of beauty treatments to a high professional standard.
- Conduct client consultations and recommend suitable treatments.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and health & safety.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Support the smooth day-to-day running of the salon.
- Proven experience or training in makeup application and various beauty therapy treatments
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English
- Excellent communication skills to understand client needs and provide professional advice
- Ability to work well within a team whilst maintaining a friendly and approachable demeanour
- Organised with good time management skills to handle multiple appointments efficiently
- A passion for the beauty industry and a commitment to ongoing professional development
- Qualifications
- NVQ Level 2 Beauty Therapy (or equivalent).
- NVQ Level 3 Beauty Therapy (or equivalent).
- Qualified and experienced in Individual Eyelash Extensions.
- Qualified and experienced in Massage Treatments.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Any of the the following additional qualifications and experience would be advantageous:
- Advanced facial treatments.
- Brow treatments (lamination, tinting, shaping).
- Lash lift and tint.
- Intimate waxing.
- Nail Extensions
- Semi-permanent makeup.
- Aesthetic treatments.
- Any other beauty-related certifications or specialist treatments.

Pay: £12.21-£14.00 per hour
