Job Role: Customer Experience Executive
Location: On‑site at our amazing Colchester office (CO7 7QR) - easy access from the A12
Salary: £27,000 per annum + company bonus
Position: Full-time, Permanent.
Working Hours: Mon-Fri 8:30am - 5:15pm (one early start per week from 7:30am - 5:15pm)

The Role:
Our Customer Experience team is expanding, and we're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys helping customers. As a Customer Experience Executive, you'll be the friendly voice and problem-solver for our customers, supporting them with:
- Product quotes and orders
- Delivery and account queries
- Phone, email, WhatsApp and live chat support
- Coordinating with internal teams to keep everything running smoothly

What You'll Bring:
Essential
- Minimum 1 year experience in a fast-paced office environment
- High level of accuracy
- Order processing experience
- Confident with basic computer systems
- Proactive, positive, and a great communicator
- A team player who enjoys building relationships
Nice to have
- Experience of working towards KPI’s
- CRM system experience
