About the Role
As a Telesales Executive, you will play a key role in introducing homeowners to our range of energy-efficient products and services. You'll engage with potential customers, identify their needs, and create opportunities for our sales consultants to provide tailored solutions.
Main Responsibilities
- Contact homeowners to discuss renewable energy and home improvement options.
- Educate customers on the benefits of solar energy, insulation, heating improvements, and energy-saving technologies.
- Generate and qualify sales opportunities through outbound calling campaigns.
- Schedule appointments for field-based sales representatives.
- Keep customer records accurate and up to date using internal systems.
- Work towards individual and team sales objectives.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining a professional approach.
- Contribute positively to a high-performing sales team culture.
Skills & Experience Required
- Previous experience in telesales, lead generation, customer service, or a sales-focused role.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence when speaking with customers over the phone.
- A proactive and target-driven attitude.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Previous experience within the renewable energy, solar, heating, insulation, or home improvement sectors would be advantageous but is not essential.
