Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives and drive brand growth. Duties

Develop comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company goals, focusing on B2B (business-to-business) marketing channels.
Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to execute marketing campaigns efficiently and effectively.
Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning, utilizing analysis skills and Microsoft Excel for data insights.
Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely delivery of marketing initiatives.
Create compelling presentations and reports using Microsoft PowerPoint to communicate campaign results and strategic plans to stakeholders.
Oversee the creation of marketing content, ensuring clear communication skills are applied to engage target audiences.
Monitor campaign performance metrics continuously and optimize strategies based on data-driven analysis.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or in a similar senior marketing role with a focus on B2B marketing.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel for analysis tasks, PowerPoint for presentations, and other IT tools relevant to project management.
Solid understanding of project management principles, time management, and organizational skills to handle multiple priorities effectively.
Demonstrated analysis skills for interpreting market data and making strategic decisions based on insights.
Knowledge of the latest trends in marketing technology (MarTech), IT systems relevant to digital campaigns, and B2B marketing best practices.
