Full job description

Pritchard Electrical Ltd is looking for an experienced and motivated Electrician to join our expanding team.

We are a well-established electrical contractor carrying out a diverse range of work across domestic, commercial, industrial and renewable energy sectors. This role offers the opportunity to work on varied projects, develop your skills, and become part of a supportive and professional team committed to delivering high-quality workmanship.

Working Hours

Approximately 40 hours per week
Monday to Friday
Overtime opportunities may be available

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Carry out electrical installations in domestic and commercial environments
Conduct inspection, testing and certification of electrical systems
Diagnose faults and undertake remedial works
Complete maintenance and repair work to a high standard
Work independently and as part of a team on a variety of projects
Ensure compliance with current electrical regulations and health and safety requirements
Complete relevant job documentation using company software and IT systems
Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach at all times

Essential Requirements

NVQ Level 3 in Electrotechnical Systems (or equivalent)
18th Edition Wiring Regulations
2391 Inspection and Testing qualification
Minimum 2 years' electrical installation experience
Full UK Driving Licence
Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and manage workloads effectively

Desirable Qualifications

AM2
Experience with Solar PV installations
Experience with EV charging installations
Commercial and industrial electrical experience
