This is an exciting opportunity to become one of Casey’s key ambassadors. Working closely with our bid, marketing, operational and leadership teams, you’ll develop meaningful relationships with clients, consultants, framework partners and industry stakeholders, helping to position Casey as a trusted partner of choice.

The Detail
What you’ll be doing:
- Develop trusted relationships with clients, consultants and industry partners that create long-term opportunities for Casey.
- Identify, qualify and nurture new business opportunities aligned with Casey’s capabilities.
- Manage and maintain accurate pipeline opportunities through our CRM system.
- Represent Casey professionally at client meetings, networking events, framework meetings and industry events.
- Support Key Account Management activities, customer satisfaction reviews and ongoing relationship development.
- Gather and share customer, market and competitor intelligence to support bid/no bid decisions and winning strategies.
- Help position Casey ahead of tender opportunities to maximise our chances of success.
- Support business development activity, including presentations, capability submissions, Expressions of Interest and targeted events.
- Identify relevant frameworks and opportunities that support the company’s growth objectives.
- Contribute to board reports, pipeline updates and market intelligence reporting.
- Work collaboratively with bid, marketing and operational teams to turn strong relationships into successful projects.

The skills and experience you’ll bring:
- Experience in business development, sales, customer relationships or stakeholder engagement.
- A genuine passion for building relationships and creating opportunities through people.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to engage new contacts and build lasting trust.
- An inquisitive, proactive approach, with strong research and problem-solving skills.
- The ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with wider teams.
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Good attention to detail and a willingness to learn and develop.
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel as required.
